They follow scores before them. Herman Cain the former and short-lived Presidential hopeful, Jerry Sandusky, former coach at Penn State and Bernie Fine of Syracuse University's basketball team, all in just this month alone have been accused of taking whatever they damn well please, in one form of abuse or another, without one speck of regard for the people they hurt. On top of that, we are then subjected time and time again to the same old sob story about how wrong and unjust the situation is - for them.
From Spitzer and Schwarzenegger to the priests, teachers and now these three - plus everyone in between - have any of them ever actually been innocent? I don't think so. Yet, as perplexing as the behavior itself is, not to mention the fact that they get away with it for as long as they do, it's the statements they make to the press once they are finally exposed that really put the G in gall.
For once, just once, I would like one of them to have the cojones to speak truthfully. What is so hard about saying...?
