Moms with children in school (especially stay-at-home moms) can take full advantage of more time for themselves. It's so easy to fill up the time with chores between dropping kids off and picking them up. Granted, most tasks for the home and family can be done much more efficiently without the children in tow, and that's why it's tempting to do them during school hours. However, the price you'll pay will be huge. Mark off at least two hours twice a week just for you, and consider them the most important tasks (they are)!
