An article that truly hits close to home

Dr. Dattner,
As I read intently to what you had to say, I could not have helped but notice that my superiors at my occupation truly and unfortunately embody the message in your article. Over the several years that i have worked underneath my managers with incontestable loyalty, there have been numerous instances where one of my many managers has perpetrated the notion of being a rational supervisor and has resorted to using a "biased lens".

I still have a lot to learn and experience in the industrial world as I have unfortunately not had as much experience as you have had. However, even now as I finish up my BA in Psychology and a minor in Business, I find myself becoming more aware to the inadequacies of the company that I work for. The human capital where I work has been consistently underutilized year after year due to a lack of proper training. I look forward to the day where I can be as well versed as yourself and help decent companies such as the one i work for realize and revamp their erroneous practices.
