360 feedback

Executive coaches are the main translator of 360 degree feedback we find, the reports we produce at reactive360.com are easy enough for a person to read themselves but with the aid of exec coaches you can pinpoint the finer 'beneath the surface' undertones and pick out more development needs at the times of review.

Business Coaching

I currently work for a Business Coaching firm, which is similar to Executive Coaching, and can say that another great way to gain experience for Executive Coaching is to work for or with a Business Coach. It is a great way to be introduced to the Coaching models and training seminars. Often our Business Coaches hire assistances, etc. to help them run their business and this could also be a great start to gain experience. I can say that after about a year of working here, I have gotten to learn quite a bit about how to run a successful company and the business models behind business coaching.

You can Find a Business Coach here to contact if you are interested.
