I use meditation to reprogram my subconscious mind so that I can consciously create my experience of reality.
I find the best time of day to meditate is in the morning after my exercise and breakfast right before I start work. This helps me to quiet the mental noise and get clear on the days priorities.

I'm afraid, I have to tell you that there are studies and scientific evidence that show, all binaural-blah is just to make money of people.
It is more likely to produce any desired state by meditating or even physical exercise or simple smiling than to listen to binaural beats.
I think it is such a shame that these important and helpful techniques (like meditation, awareness exercise, etc.) are pigeon-holed with such intellectual deficiency as of binaural beats.
