I'm somehow reminded about a comedy monologue that Second City's Andrea Martin used to do. She played a sex therapist who counseled women over their tragic inability to fake an orgasm. Hysterical stuff.

Why men do fake orgasms?

If man fakes orgasms to show his girl she does all right - it's very kind of him.
Many women fake orgasm to show she is not frigide, her sex partner did all very well.
But if between sex partners exists real understanding, they will not fake orgasms and they will try to solve this problem.
