Holiday Gift Giving at Work

If an employer elects to give Christmas gifts to employees, those gifts should be part of the celebration of Christmas. I have worked for employers who have given each employee a different cash value in their Christmas card. Employee annual reviews or employee longevity recognition should be done at the anniversary date the employee was hired. I have witnessed dissention among employees, as a result of, employee Holiday Christmas gifts holding more than one intent. It is important for everyone to remember the true meaning of Christmas.
