Why clocks were invented

It always pays to know what time it is. Different things are easy or difficult at different stages of life. The characteristic concerns of a 15 year old and of a 50 year old may overlap some, but are far from identical.

"I am what I am"

I am 52 and that is what i have learned in the past couple of years too. I have thought the exact same thing. I am not really what "the company" wants me to be, or parents want you to be, etc, you who you are. It is a freeing experience and that is where I am now. I plan to take early retirement from "the company" and pursue a career in something different. I would like to work several years more, maybe a lot more, but just not what I am doing now.
