These ideas would work well

These ideas would work well if one has the ability to sleep normal hours.

But something like a quarter of the working population doesn't. Are there some tips for people like me, who rarely finishes work before 2am? Personally, I'm a big fan of the occasional benedryl and Valerian, but often encounter weeks of sleep difficulties, especially during the change of seasons. So any advice would be appreciated, or even another article.

I also have insomnia. This is so inconvenient especially when you have important task to do tomorrow. Just like now, I always woke up just to cough and cough and it became the reason why I can't get 8hours of sleep.
