Michael Jackson and the reflection of Jefferson Singer

WOW....he has explained what I have been feeling regarding MJ and his death...so very clearly!!...In a truly PhD way!...Couldn't have articulated it better myself. Thank you as I was looking for a "reason" why I was suddenly "obsessed" with listening to his music (once again) like I did so lovingly when I grew up with it! I am 48 by the way, and feel exactly as the writer of this article articulated so eloquently!

Thanks for putting "meaning" to my thoughts and actions. I too, have contemplated the "meaning" of life, particulary, obviously, my own and whether I matter enough to the world on a whole.

I have always LOVED the Man in the Mirror song because he tells us to "look" at ourselves, something many many people truly do not and sometimes will not do ever.

Thanks so much and keep writing truly inspiring articles!

P Diddy had very precisely described the genius of Michael Jackson: "He showed that you can actually see the beat. He made the music come to life. He made me believe in magic."

Well, we '58ers still have Madonna and Prince

For what it's worth.

But having seen both Professor Singer and his wife dance, I must say I find it hard to believe she had any trouble matching his dance steps.
