I immediately tried how my intensions for this year feel in my body and was flabbergasted. All of them (love, home, job) felt like tightness in my chest! And I will be the first one to admit I am scared. A few past years of divorce, job and income loss, moving to another country, several health problems, problems with family and friends have made me hesitant. And I truly feel scared.
Is there a way to go forward since staying put seems to be an even worse option? How can I get my body to trust life again?
Keep breathing and listening to your body's responses and the wisdom you get from them.
