Thank you so much for this article - it is how I have been feeling for many years while caring for various ill and disabled family members, but I never knew how to articulate it, but this article is the first one that really captures my guilt vs. resentment feeling I could never express. I have been following the guidelines mentioned and am really starting to notice a huge reduction in my overall stress levels.
