I recently asked coaches in the Wellcoaches community to submit a list of ten ways in which they want to thrive in the upcoming year. The coach who submitted the most compelling ideas would win a series of coaching sessions with me to further develop their ideas and create plans for making it happen. Mary Beth won the coaching sessions based the following submission:

  1. I am balancing my work load and spending quality time with my mom who has recently been diagnosed with dementia and giving my dad some free time.
  2. I am actively working my plan of starting my own coaching business.
  3. My home is well organized and clutter free!
  4. My husband and I have cleaned our garage and we can actually park our cars in the garage! (Is that what they are for?)
  5. I don't waste time in front of the TV.
  6. I am consistently making quality time with my husband a priority...and not just giving him what's "left over" from my busy schedule.
  7. I can barely contain my excitement, because my outward appearance reflects my passion for healthy living!
  8. I consistently work out and have tried new practices for me, e.g., yoga, stretching, and strength training.
  9. I have a meaningful spiritual practice that I employ on most days of the week.
  10. I have won 10 free coaching sessions with Coach Meg and I am a better coach because of it!!

Congratulations, Mary Beth! What an inspiring plan for the best year of your life! Stay tuned over the next several weeks as I share more about Mary Beth's progress and the ways you can thrive too...
