Why Are Men So Complicated?
The question should be "Why are men so simple?"
Interesting comment
So I guess the answer is:
a) Adore and admire whatever they do
b) Agree with them
c) Never question their thoughts, feelings and actions
d) Forgive them their acting out, since all "simple" men think about doing the same things and it's only some that actually do
Sounds like a great recipe to keep a man happy, but what does that do for and to you if you;re the one doing those things?

When I first read
When I first read DaddyDrone's comment I thought he was agreeing with your premise and basically putting it the way it is -- the way you answered him. But looking at the illustration of the premise in Steve M's comment made me change my mind. I agree with both how you responded to DaddyDrone and the other comments though. Most men are unbearably single-minded -- and it's not the sex that they claim to want, it's the control. At their worst they do use sex as a means to get control, as in rapists, but that is besides the point, because most men have to rape others of their dignity in some way or other or they feel less than. Thank you for a wonderful article, much more insightful than the usual stuff you read on PT.

Complicated oh what and understatement this is ..
Oops did I say this outloud ..
Bravo .. It is usaully the opposite that you hear written . .
If men and or women would take time to listen to each other maybe we will have better insight to what the other is saying or needs . Also to know that we are different and these complications may just be what makes it right . It is just in the listening and patience it may take to understand . A simple solution but oh so difficut to do . When one sex seems not to be able to listen not as well as the other . I will not say which one . I have said to much outloud already ..
. Take a moment to just listen you may be amased what you will hear and learn about someone even someone you have known for years . He or she may appreciate that you took that time to do this as you will too .
