well i agree many bullies can

well i agree many bullies can become criminals I would like to note that many actually become successful. There are many workplace bullies who instead of using violence have learned to use words, munipulation, shaming and other verbal means. So yes the less educated bully becomes the criminal and the more educated bully becomes someones boss.

Bullies also may wear suits

A bully is a bully. They come from all walks of life and appear in a variety of settings. A workplace supervisor may psychologically terrorize his or her subordinates. The mentality is no different from that of the playground bully.
