Looking for Your Dream Job?

Don't let HR trick you into talking about your strangeness, even on Halloween.

For this cartoon it might be helpful to mention, for those folks who don't keep up with witch lore, that when witches are angry, they turn people into toads. May all your Halloween witches this month be mild-mannered.

And for anyone considering two very different careers, there's a well-known book about how to decide which career path you should take: Do What You Love, the Money will Follow: Discover Your Right Livelihood. Besides having a title that is a run-on sentence, the book promises that you can get a job if you identify what you really love doing -- the activity that puts you in the zone, or maybe something you loved doing as a child.

This is a great concept, although I, personally, don't know anyone who has gotten a good-paying job this way. Has your experience been different?

Here's another cartoon about what you tell other people about yourself that you might enjoy.
