Do You Take Your Mother to the Gym with You?

This workout is the perfect storm.

oon on motivation and what makes you exercise or feel guilty

do you have several people telling you what to do? Who do you listen to: your trainer, or your mother?

What works better to help you do the things you don't really want to do, like exercise regularly? The carrot or the stick?

In this cartoon, this woman's trainer is telling her to Just Do It (Nike slogan), while her mother is telling her not to overdo it. If you find yourself holding back just a little, not doing your best, maybe there's a voice in the back of your mind telling you to slow down. Going to the gym can be complicated.
