As Small As An Elephant

What i find comical about test results is the words they use like small or slight change.Are spouses and families interviewed about what they think about the depressives changes? i think the familys would use words like "dramatic" And if the depressive had done further damage to the brain by using drugs making it harder for antidepressants to be effective-is this considered the drugs fault?All i know is a small change can be big and in some cases enough for people to keep from pulling a trigger,until something better comes along. sincerely-David Petropoulos
