I'll take the computer

Lovers are great, but I value my friends. I like the outside world, knowledge and communication. I have no interest in being isolated with just one person, no matter how great they are. The computer allows me to stay in touch, meet new people and remain informed. At any moment a relationship can go south or a lover can behave badly. I don't care what an army of biased psychologist recommend, I'll take the machine.
