Colourful descriptives

Je pense que la mode d'utiliser des adjectifs bizares dans votre café provient du vocabulaire des vins, d'origine française. A Toronto, j'ai même lu des critiques de fromages utilisant des vocables que l'on trouve ordinairement dans la description des vins. Alors que le vocabulaire du vin est bien établi et bien documenté, celui du café et des fromages l'est moins. Pas étonnant qu'ils épatent les profanes.
