"However, all the female penetrative ones have significant girth". Yes, and that is a problem for this woman at least. My first internet purchase was a sex toy, and it was a slender little thing in red and black swirls. Loved it. Now, you can't get anything in that size or color and it's hard to find that lack of anatomic detail. By looking at what's being sold, you are looking at what has survived in a commercial space that includes men, so you are certainly not seeing what every woman wants, just what sells, which is not the same.

How does the online commercial space include men?

I'm not in the business of selling but, er--have you tried the internet? I think it may solve your problem
