why only women?
I understand this is taken from a book on Women, but when I read this article I see it applying to men 100% as well
Burnout does apply to men
You are correct, Novalin. Burnout and the strategies to overcome it (for the most part) apply equally to men and women (and children in some cases). The reason my articles focus on women is because Psychology Today (PT) asked me to write the "High Octane Women" blog and I try to stay within my assigned topic area when I write for PT. But again, you're right. The steps I suggest in this post should work equally well regardless of gender. Thanks for the comment.
