an overtaxed country

I feel we are over taxed in this country. if you own a company. the company pays federal, state, county and city taxes. then you get an income from that same company as the owner and you pay Federal, State, medicare, social security taxes. then from the already taxed income you pay sales and property taxes etc. How would any one blame any company for seeking shelter in these other countries with lower taxes?
