Sounds Familiar
I tend to be more of a thinking-person. I think about what I should do. Then instead of doing it, I think more about what I should do, or I think about what else I should do, or I think about when would be best to do what I thought of.
Of course, if I actually start something and get into flow, then things get done and I feel great. But more often than not, I "don't feel like" doing things at that particular instant, but I have no problem spending lots of time thinking about them.
...what kind of advice would you give to help someone who overthinks without acting? (other than just "Act!" which is what people tend to say but it doesn't convince me to do so when the moment comes and I find myself overriding my prior decision of what to do when)
