Great summary of Gratitude Research

Great summary, Emma! May I add one more thing for the health section? Gratitude researcher Robert Emmons found in an experiment that people who counted their blessings exercised on average 90 minutes longer each week than people who counted their hassles - a HUGE difference! Would love to see if that experiment can be replicated, and of course correlation isn't causation, but still a finding worth mentioning!
