Wow it's 2:40 am and I'm reading this! I like your idea of going through the worries I have and releasing them... and reassured that maybe I just need less sleep right now.
Why is it that in the middle
Why is it that in the middle of our sleep, worries still find us. I guess that our mind finally catches up with all the thoughts of the day. Thanks for your helpful advice.

I love the beauty and acceptance in that line. When I'm awake in the middle of the night, staring through my mini blinds into the night sky, I'll remember that others are grappling with the same issues that wake me up.
