Whether you are celebrating the Solstice, Christmas, Hanukah or any of the other holidays associated with this moon cycle, bringing this sentiment into the season makes you a catalyst of transformation in your circle, your community and the world at large.
Whether you regard Jesus as savior, prophet or just some cult leader is of no matter. Whether you view the Festival of Light as divine intervention or an old wives tale is of no matter. Whether you view Ramadan (when it falls at this time of year) as the Night of Power or the ramblings of a crazy man is of no matter.
What does matter is that this is the time of year that reminds us -all of us, from spiritualist to atheist -- to celebrate, if not the divine, at the very least the humanity and compassion present not only in ourselves, but in the everyday and every day. It is the time of year that reminds us to find the sacred in the mundane.
No matter if we view this time as the coming of Owelin, the arrival of an Ascended Master, the revelation time of a True Seer, the divine intervention and grace of God/Goddess or just another day, the spirit of the season is one that reminds us to look inside ourselves, that we may bring our light, love, truth, grace and beauty that is us out into the world.
