What would happen if you took 100,000 people from all over the world of vastly different races, creeds, colors, socio-economic strata, and speaking dozens of different languages, then put them in a rigidly controlled, confined space in 100 degree heat with 100% humidity and made them stand around? Sounds like a recipe for complete chaos, right? Not so much... Read More

Because I can't resist this one... lol
Coming from a seriously dedicated Disney household, I can easily call myself a Disney entrepreneur.
You asked, how is this human behavior possible??
Knowing everything from the history, construction and vision behind the master mind, Walt Disney himself, I can say... (Or better yet, in his worlds...)
"Disneyland is the most magical place on earth." That's how.
Disneyland being his first creation in CA, then moving to grow larger with his dream in FLA with DisneyWorld.
We're not talking 6 flags here. You might find a bunch of punks there.
Walt Disney created an alternate world where regular socialization need not apply. There is quite literally something for everyone there. His employees are not 'employees', they are 'cast members'. Each person planted in his park is part of the process to keep children, and parents alike, in the alternate reality so that you are always 'living the dream'.
His world was built with intricate detail and philosophy behind each feature, character and structure so that when every visitor left his world, they could honestly say,
"there's no other place like it." Keeping the human imagination as sparked as he did, he kept the dream alive and created an empire bigger than he could ever live to see.
So, be baffled, friend. If peace was the dream, well Disney world is where you would find it. Because that's the place where dreams come true.
"There's nothing funnier than the human animal."
Walt Disney
Glad you enjoyed your time off! :)
Absolute control
...that allows for the carefully gaged semblance of diversity will gives the impression of peace quite easily.

YEP! down to how they fold the clothes, for goodness' sake.
