There is a twelve step group for overeating called overeater's anonymous. It is great. The website is www.oa.org.

Thanks for your comment and resource. Many people find OA very helpful in their weight loss journey. They are based on a 12 step-model, like AA, which is why they share many core tenants including their sayings.
