My experience

I can tell you one thing- every time I go on a camping or canoeing trip with my friends, I wake up with major morning wood.

And it just makes me squeal with delight.

I thought it was assumed that these erections are to ensure healthy penile tissue? I know that in men who have been treated for prostate cancer one of the obstacles to recovering spontaneous erections is that the penile tissue atrophies if it goes too long without erections.
