Quality sleep is so important for well being

It's true. I work online at home so I don't have to worry about a regular sleep schedule. Well, too much coffee plus too little sleep for too many days left me feeling loopy. Needless to say I went back to a "normal" sleep schedule.

Steady, quality sleep is essential for a healthy mind and body.

Dreams and psychosis

I am a community mental health nurse who works with the elderly. In my experience older people who develop a 'psychotic depression' deny dreaming at all. I understand that many people do not remember their dreams, but wonder if there are similarities between lack of sleep and not dreaming/remembering your dreams.
