It is such a special and extremely valuable contribution from your side - this summary of strategies! This is something to read and re-read and make a part of daily education and practice, and it leads to some other burning topics.
Sometimes right words said or written at the right time also help a lot. This 'sweat equity' stuck in my head - somebody had to say it to me :-

If you haven't read this book, I urge (beg, implore) you to get it and read it ASAP. It really gets to the heart of procrastination without any of the psychobabble that so often surrounds the subject. Has been transformational for me, after a lifetime of struggle.

Focus on one thing

Thanks for the link between executive function and procrastination. I have done lots but am still very much struggling with procrastination. I like your word of caution to pick one strategy and focus on it until you get it. It is very easy to try to change everything in the pursuit of (maladaptive) perfectionism.

There are many organization

There are many organization where executives play the most important role in each and every organization. They are been treated as the backbone of the organization so we should be more aware of the different work culture. We should be learning about different strategies and working environment of the organization.
