I'd like to get Present Self, Future Self, Planner Self, and Doer Self all in a room, at the same time, and hash all this out once and for all! Any ideas on the best way to do that?

Wow.. great post! Thanks for sharing.. I've been on a quest for personal improvement for the past 2 months. Recently quitted drinking alcohol and have seen the level of productivity and engagement in my life gone through the roof.. I like testing and tweaking different habits and by far quitting alcohol has been the best decision lately.. For instance, i am now sleeping less, incredibly adding months to a year in productive work and engagement in things i enjoy doing. Thank you.

Wow this was usueful information. I didnt realaize how much of an efffect caine and alcohol would have on me. I usually dont drink that much, but when I do nothing gets done. I use alchol as a way to forget everything. Im going to stop drinking. Thank you for the great advice
