Forgiveness is a powerful tool to move beyond procrastination

In my work coaching clients who struggle with procrastination, I often find that once they can forgive themselves they become energized and ready to do things again. The emotional energy formerly wasted on self-blaming now propels them into action and builds self-esteem along the way.
