Sometimes things aren't just moving slowly. They're not moving at all. What are the effects of lack of progress in our goal pursuit?

great article - just what I needed
Yes! I agree. I have planned about 2 weeks of time lately, to ensure I finish my taxes. Yesterday I fought with computer problems all day and "didn't want to" work on the taxes. I said to myself, "just get started" and dove in. I ended up working on it about twice as long as I'd anticipated, because I was so excited with my progress!
At a good stopping point, for my fun reward, I searched psychology today for something to read and found your articles about working with technology and later this one. I've enjoyed all of your articles and plan to read more.
