Procrastination is...

Wow! This is a wonderfully made video, and it really hits home. I love the tea part. I do that all the time. Unfortunately, I am procrastinating right now. I need to start a project, but I decided to make a cup of tea first. Then I checked my e-mail. Then I decided to look for inspiration here and found the video. I guess the coffin is inspiration enough. Off to work...

Infinite Media on the Internet

Maybe it will also be useful to take into account more convenient ways of procrastination.
with the internet era people have become addicted to unlimited media and information .

unlimited on demand tv shows (which i find to be more addictive and procrastinating than individual movies), blogs/news feeds, infinite reading lists and surfing and browsing. including spending time looking for information and once you find it jumping to another topic.

this gives easy distraction and takes out one of the traditional checks of procrastination - an end to the alternate distracting activity the person was doing and forcing the person to get to the actual task at hand... now that distractions never end..
