Thank you for sharing the Body Compassion video series! This is much needed information for myself. I watched all of them right away! I am going to try the sticky note challenge at least around my house and see if that helps negate the negative self-talk I am constantly giving myself. I am trying to figure out if I have something more serious like emotional eating or food addiction but I know that I have a poor self-image and really no self-love. I am so happy that I met you Mary and that I am beginning the steps to turn this around. I want to be better for my husband and my kids and hopefully a better body image will result in a better body.
