I think this describes most of the leaders in this natural world..if its not the political leader infringing on human rights in some third world country or corrupt greedy politicians (ummm america?) in developing ones, CEO's paying themselves exorbitant amounts of money, or supervisors on some kind of power trip..yea it is safe to say that all of the idealistic qualities propagated by leadership development courses are ambitious theories at best...remember that all the leadership development in the world will not compensate for the dark side of human nature
