That the laugh at the intro Todd. Perhaps it was nervous laughter as two key female people in my life, my wife and my mother, tend to mis-construe what I say through dodgy listening...

It's interesting to see how people will choose their words for damage limitation. It's an art form, word smithery. However, it's said that of our communication, only 7% consists of words used. The others being 38% of voice quality and 55% through non-verbal communication (folding of arms, displacement activities like touching the ears and nose...) Is this something that you would agree with or have I gone off on a tangent...
