It's interesting to see how people will choose their words for damage limitation. It's an art form, word smithery. However, it's said that of our communication, only 7% consists of words used. The others being 38% of voice quality and 55% through non-verbal communication (folding of arms, displacement activities like touching the ears and nose...) Is this something that you would agree with or have I gone off on a tangent...
