Great Blog
Yes Ran, there is an old saying about cultivating the attitude of gratitude. Learning how to appreciate ourselves and others cultivates a sense of peace inside that can only feed upon itself. As we work through our childhood wounding and develop that deeper connection with God/Spirit we come to a place in consciousness where we feel nothing but gratitude…gratitude for our fortunes as well as our misfortunes.
I’m grateful for your blog,

A great teaching by the Buddha, the Brahmavihara describes the cultivation of sympathetic joy. Finding joy in the happiness of others is a great spiritual tool. As the Dalai Lama says, if you can find happiness through others you increase your chances by millions.
