All Recomended homeopathic remedies
It is hard to know who to trust today. Managing our health is complicated and expensive while the health care system becomes increasingly overburdened. Practical advice from someone who does not have a vested interst in the drug companies is most welcome. I have recently begun to spend a reasonable amount of time outdoors and it is doing wonders for my depression. Glad to know the vitamin D I'm getting is also a cancer preventative.
Art and Science of Medicine
I like your terminus the 'art of medicine' - and I do agree it has been taken out of medicine these days. I strongly believe that the art of medicine is one of the most important component of a successful treatment. With empathy and comforting words a lot more can be done then we today.
The 'science of medicine' is actually not a science in the true meaning of the word. It is more try and error and is widely 'sold as science'. Those who do the cure are right ! I am disappointed that those days pharmaceutical companies are dictating what good medicine is: in their view it seems to be the type of medicine, where great amounts of pills are dished out to a patient. Often, these daily cocktails have known effects of each pill, but nobody knows what effects they have shuffled into one patient. And the additional effects of the known side effects on top - prescribed chaos inside your body!
I am glad that I am not in the medical 'system' any more and that I have the privilege to offer counselling to patients who are also treated by my colleagues - and thanks for the understanding of these doctors.
I am keen to read your follow ups.
Regards
Dr.med. Jorg Prinz
