How to Recognize and Handle Passive-Aggressive Behavior

This was a great help for me. I have Passive-Aggressive Behavior.
I am at the beginning of a journey that is hopefully going to help me overcome my fears. Seeing a Psycnologist next week and I am anxious but know I need to do this to save myself and the people I love so much.
