I agree, that some people

I agree, that some people lost the feeling of eating the right amount. But I can not agree the solution you suggested.
Sorry I am disgust by what I have read just. You just suggested people to waste food on purpose. Do you know that almost one third of food in the world is wasted. And even feeding it to birds or recycle (more downcycle) it on the compost sounds to me still very bad. We spend less and less money on more and more food. That can not be sustainable. Shouldn't we start with the buying behavior? Buying less, prepairing (cooking) less food.. and then automatically eating less and wasting less.
