While the study and these

While the study and these tips are interesting, why must we keep telling women how to feel beautiful in order to feel great. We have to stop reinforcing that our external appearance impacts our internal experience. As this study/video shows it was indeed a shift in their the internal experience/mind set that prompted these women to feel confident and perceive themselves as beautiful. That is the real message.
