I used to exercise, but terrible knots formed in my shoulders. Sometimes I'd have shoulder spasms while riding my bike. It felt terrible. Everyone told me exercise would help me feel better, but it only made me feel worse.
Sorry to hear that exercise didn't work for you. I hope you'll check with a medical professional before you give up on it, though, because exercise brings so many benefits in its wake.
