It would seem to me that the opposite of worry is simply learning to be content
Anything other than that is simply self deception
Thanks for your useful idea, Thomas. I think there may be an overlap between contentment and mindfulness--acceptance of what is. With mindfulness, however, one can be aware of what's happening without needing to like it. With contentment, one decides to be satisfied with what is.
I have been thinking of this, probably is "tranquil" and "tranquility".
