Thanks for posting! This is a great post for undergrads thinking about grad school. I had no idea waiving my right to see my letters of recommendation had such weight so I will remember that. This post is exactly what an undergrad who hopes to pursue s graduate degree needs. It's unfortunate this post is a bit late for me as I did hardly any of it because i was so naive and as a result am now struggling for recommendations for grad school. However for future grad students this article is a must read. I also hope you continue to write about the grad school experience so that readers can have a clearer idea of what goes on once they commit themselves to go further in their studies.
