I was just reading about this at "The Art of Manliness!"

I'm serious. There's a website with that name.

They called it FOMO - "Fear Of Missing Out" and blogged this list of four ways to combat it:

I'm not surprised that your blog is right out there with the newest psychological phenomena that are effecting society. (Although, I am a little surprised that "The Art of Manliness is.")
