Emotional skills are the main thing prisoners sholud learn, otherwise they can´t be reputated.

Really. The article has no new insight. Everyone has some skill at identifying the problem in prison. No one cares enough to do what is necessary to take action.
Sweden
Swedish prisons are nothing like American ones. (Though I've never actually been in prison in either one, I have lived in both countries.) The Swedish judicial system is MUCH more for rehabilitation, especially in the past. (That is changing now as more and more people are immigrating to Sweden.) However, I'd still be safe to say that a Swedish prison is much less dog-eat-dog than a US one. I know if I ever had to choose, I'd prefer to be in a Swedish prison compared to any other in the world.
