1) I think we could all benefit from engaging people from past generation, who survived the best and worst of history- and found happiness. In this digital age, we should just turn on the portable recorders and let them regale us.
2) I greatly appreciate non-psychologist thoughts on the blogs- scientists sometimes lose their bearings when it gets personal, miss the humanity for the technical, and lack the diversity of perspectives and thought disciplines that a broader group can bring.
